Robert B. Rosenstein and Donald W. Hitzeman, principals of the Law Offices of Rosenstein & Hitzeman, AAPLC, formed the Business Law Firm to provide high-quality, cost-efficient legal services to the Temecula Valley community in California.

While our attorneys have the experience and expertise of larger firms from bigger cities, we decided to open our main office in our own community rather than just a branch office. Our business law associates and principals have provided over 60 years of legal services, 14 years of which have helped Temecula Valley clients in California. While most of our clients are from the Temecula Valley area, our attorneys have represented clients in both State and Federal Courts throughout the United States.

Many of our clients rely on our attorneys' skills in various areas of practices including General Business Law Matters, Business Formations, Business & Corporate Litigation, Transactional Matters (more commonly referred to as contractual matters), Wills and Estate Planning, Copyright and Trademark Matters, Real Estate Matters, Bankruptcy (both business and personal), Business Reorganization and Tax Matters.

At Rosenstein & Hitzeman, AAPLC, we have made it our goal to develop relationships with our clients and strive to understand their needs. In order for a new client to get to know us and for us to meet them, we provide an initial half hour consultation at no charge which enables both parties to meet each other and determine if we can provide assistance to meet their needs. Also, unlike larger law firms, we do not charge for quick phone calls when providing an update to our clients on legal issues.
